A respected, independent construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing London team. The firm is recognised for delivering complex and high-value developments across the industrial, data centre, and commercial sectors, combining technical excellence with a collaborative and client-focused approach. This opportunity offers genuine scope for progression and exposure to major UK and international schemes. You'll take ownership of projects from early-stage feasibility through to completion, managing programme, cost, and quality while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The current portfolio includes a diverse range of infrastructure upgrades, commercial new builds, and large-scale industrial developments throughout the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex projects from inception through to handover
• Administer NEC contracts and manage project governance and reporting
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Oversee project budgets, risk management, and change control
• Mentor and support junior team members as part of a collaborative delivery structure

About You:

• Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and project management processes
• Degree-qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Driven, proactive, and confident working both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
