Chartered Building Surveyor (Commercial)

Location: Leeds

Experience: 0-3 years PQE (MRICS)

We are working with a highly regarded boutique property consultancy with a strong regional presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality advice across the commercial property sector. The firm combines the feel of a close-knit, entrepreneurial practice with the depth, systems and client base of a well-established multi-office business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Leeds office and work across a varied commercial portfolio, delivering a balanced mix of professional and project services.

The opportunity:

  • Delivery of professional building surveying services across commercial property
  • Project work including refurbishments, fit-outs and capital works
  • Building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence
  • Dilapidations acting for landlords and tenants
  • Planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle reporting
  • Direct client contact and responsibility for managing instructions
  • Working across office, industrial and retail assets
  • Collaboration with colleagues across well-appointed regional offices

About you

  • MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
  • 0-3 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in commercial property (offices, industrial and/or retail)
  • Comfortable undertaking both professional and project work
  • Client-facing, proactive and technically sound
  • Keen to develop your career within a boutique consultancy environment
