We’ve been instructed by a leading property consultancy to appoint an exceptional Partner-level Building Surveyor in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader eager to build something special within one of the UK’s most dynamic and high-performing regional property markets.
With over 500 property professionals nationwide, this independent partnership has a well-established presence in Oxford and a growing South East pipeline. You’ll take the lead on business development, team growth, and delivery for a wide-ranging client base across the city of Oxford and the wider Oxfordshire and South East region.
• Establish and grow a commercially focused Building Surveying division in Oxford.
• Lead business development and client relationship management throughout Oxfordshire and the South East.
• Deliver both project-led and professional services for landlords, occupiers, investors, and trusts.
• Contribute to regional leadership and play a key role in shaping future strategy.
You’ll be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) currently operating at Director or Partner level, ideally with a strong track record in the Oxford or wider South East market. A natural leader and proven work winner, you’ll bring energy, ambition, and a collaborative approach to team-building.
