APC Building Surveyor – London

We are working with one of the UK’s most respected property consultancies, employing over 500 professionals across 14 locations nationwide. With continued growth and an expanding client base, they are now seeking an ambitious APC-level Building Surveyor to join their London team.

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of challenging projects, excellent professional development opportunities, and a clear pathway to chartered status—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role
You will play an active role in delivering high-quality building surveying services, with a particular focus on design and specification work. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will be involved in:

• Conducting surveys and inspections
• Preparing specifications and managing project delivery
• Supporting clients with party wall matters, dilapidations, and contract administration
• Leading small to medium-sized projects with increasing responsibility and autonomy

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills, build client relationships, and gain the experience required to achieve MRICS status.

About you

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Revit and AutoCAD
• Organised, professional, and confident in managing projects and delivering excellent client service
• Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
