Carriera are pleased to be working with a leading commercial, multidisciplinary consultancy, on the search for a qualified Building Surveyor to bolster their nationally-based Building Surveying team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a client focused team; with huge growth prospects, you’ll be given free rein to take responsibility for a number of their core client accounts.
About the position
The dedicated Building Surveying Team proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administrate projects and programmes. On top of this you’ll be expected to undertake various other bespoke services to ensure all clients’ portfolios’ remain well maintained.
They additionally provide extensive commercial services which include; Dilapidations, Lease Advice and Pre-acquisition surveys. This is very much quality lead, due to quality of service, for their clients who they enjoy long term relationships with.
They are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear and Retail clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with the client, advising them on legal and financial matters that arise during the project.
