Location: London (Kings Cross)

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Our client, established in the early 90s, has built an enviable reputation within the commercial sector. Employing 65 professionals across two offices, they are a distinguished construction and property consultancy providing expert advice across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, office, industrial, education, hospitality, medical, and high-end residential.

The London office comprises chartered building surveyors, project managers, CAD technicians, support staff, and a dedicated education and life sciences facility team. All employees work closely with the directors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, which significantly enhances professional development.

This opportunity involves working within an accomplished team, delivering projects valued from a few hundred thousand up to £10m. It is ideal for someone who prefers a project-focused workload but also enjoys engaging in professional services periodically. APC Support will be at hand with an APC assessor and mentor within the company.

Requirements:

• BSc Building Surveying or Equivalent
• 1+ Years experience - Demonstrable experience working for a private practice or consultancy
•  Strong communication and written skills
