I'm currently supporting a boutique project management consultancy in Oxford that's looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager as part of its continued growth. They work across a range of interesting sectors including education, healthcare, and life sciences, and have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

This role would suit someone who already has some project experience-either within a consultancy or client-side environment-and is looking to take the next step in their career with the right support and exposure.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting Project Managers on the delivery of multiple schemes
• Assisting with project planning, reporting, and documentation
• Attending client and site meetings
• Coordinating with consultants and contractors
• Helping to monitor programme, cost, and project risks

About you:

• 1-3+ years' experience in a project support or APM role
• Background in construction, property, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ambition to progress within a consultancy environment
