We're on the hunt for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor eager to catapult their career to new heights! Join our esteemed client in the heart of London and dive into exhilarating projects spanning the realms of commercial and public sectors as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead the charge on commercial, public sector, and film studio projects. Your key responsibilities will include managing the financial aspects of construction projects, such as cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role provides flexibility, with some days spent at their Central London office.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a senior capacity, in the latter stages of your APC or already chartered. A comprehensive understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes, coupled with experience in collaborating with named architects on high-quality, high-profile projects, would be ideal.
