Are you an Quantity Surveyor, eager for a new and stimulating opportunity? Our esteemed client, a prominent figure in the construction and real estate industry, is actively seeking an adept Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your primary focus will be on high-end residential projects, while also encompassing a diverse range of sectors. You will assume a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects, encompassing responsibilities such as cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. This role offers flexibility, with a few days spent at the central London office and collaboration within a close team of 11 professionals and part of wider team of 30 staff.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a senior capacity, in the latter stages of your APC or already chartered. A comprehensive understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes, coupled with experience in collaborating with named architects on high-quality, high-profile projects, would be ideal.
