What you'll be doing:

• Leading multiple projects from inception through to completion
• Managing programmes, budgets, and quality across large-scale developments
• Acting as the key client interface, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships
• Administering JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the project management function

About you:

• Experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from a construction consultancy background
• Proven experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects up to £100m
• Strong technical knowledge with a confident, client-facing approach
• Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
• Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or actively working towards it
