We're working with an established construction and property consultancy looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across the healthcare and public sector sectors.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and leading projects through all stages of delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.

You'll play a key role in managing programme, risk and stakeholder engagement whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Producing and maintaining project programmes and reporting
• Managing project risks and supporting mitigation strategies
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design and consultant teams
• Supporting procurement processes and contract administration activities
• Chairing and attending project meetings
• Monitoring project performance against programme, cost and quality objectives

About You

• Experience working within a Project Management role in the built environment
• Consultancy or client-side experience would be advantageous
• Exposure to healthcare, public sector, education or other regulated project environments is desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of construction project delivery
• Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
• Progress towards or achievement of a professional qualification such as APM, RICS or CIOB would be beneficial
