Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

£50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

Are you ready to take the lead on high-profile retail and commercial developments in London? We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys steering projects from concept through to completion. You'll be joining a dynamic consultancy environment where no two days are the same. Expect to work closely with major clients, design teams, and contractors on fast-paced projects that shape the city's commercial and retail landscape.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading projects through all stages, from feasibility to handover
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met (and exceeded)
• Coordinating design and delivery teams to keep programmes on track
• Managing budgets, timelines, and risks with a proactive approach

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering projects in the retail or commercial sectors
• A strong consultancy background, ideally with exposure to both fit-out and new build projects
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• MRICS, MAPM, or working towards professional accreditation (desirable but not essential)
