We’ve been retained to identify an exceptional Partner-level Building Surveyor. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives on winning work, building teams, and driving commercial success. You'll take charge of an active pipeline and lead the development of a best-in-class, commercially focused building surveying team within a highly respected and well-backed property consultancy in London.

About the Role

Our client is a highly regarded, independent partnership boasting over 500 property professionals across the UK. With a strong foothold in the London market and a national reach, they offer genuine autonomy, support, and an enviable platform for ambitious leaders.

This role is pivotal to their strategic growth. You will:

• Lead and grow a commercially focused building surveying division.
• Take ownership of business development, client engagement, and work winning across central and greater London.
• Deliver both project-led and professional building surveying services to a prestigious client base of landlords, occupiers, funds, and trusts.
• Play a key role in the leadership team, shaping strategy and driving innovation.

About You

You will have a strong foothold in the London market, Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), operating at Director or Partner level. You bring more than technical excellence—you’re a proven work winner with a growth mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a network that trusts and follows you.
