We have been retained to secure a partner, building surveyor, a pioneer, a visionary, someone who wants to build something special, with serious backing and be a beneficiary. You will take control of an existing workflow and build out a building surveying team for a prevalent practice in London.
About the position
Our client is a prolific property consultancy, a proper partnership, who are held in highest regard and offer real progression, with proper compensation. They employ in excess of 500 property professionals, have a nationwide network and have a good presence in London.
The role will be focused on the central and greater London market, all the asset classes that it has to offer. You will be expected to provide both project and professional advice to landlords, corporate occupiers and trusts.
About you
You will be a partner/ director, who is a chartered building surveyor with the RICS. Being a time served building surveyor, you will have built a professional network and are likely to have a loyal client base and maybe even a team following. You must bring ideas, gusto and energy to build the building surveying service offering, in the fullness of the profession.
