This is a commercial, relationship-led role sitting between teams and offices. It is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, spotting opportunities, and building long-term client relationships, without it being a hard sales position.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines, helping to identify, develop, and convert client and project opportunities across the group.
The role :
Responsibilities will include:
About you:
You are likely to have experience in a business development, client engagement, recruitment, consultancy, or commercial role and be comfortable building relationships with senior professionals.
You will be commercially aware, organised, and proactive, with an interest in the construction, property, or built environment sector. You will be confident working across teams and geographies and be London-based or willing to be based in London.
In return:
This is an opportunity to join a respected consultancy with a strong market reputation. The role offers exposure to senior leaders and international projects, a broad and varied remit, and clear scope to progress into a more senior commercial or business development position over time.
