About the opportunity:

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will enjoy a varied workload across high-end residential and commercial projects, balancing both professional surveying duties and project work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking surveys, inspections, and defect analysis.
• Managing refurbishment and redevelopment projects.
• Advising clients across a range of professional services including dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract administration.
• Working closely with discerning clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
