Chartered Building Surveyor – £57,000–£68,000 + up to 25% Bonus | West End, London

We’re working with a highly respected boutique consultancy in London’s West End, who are looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their growing team. Alongside a competitive salary of £57,000–£68,000, there’s a bonus opportunity of up to 25%, plus a range of excellent benefits.

Known for delivering high-quality surveying and project management services, this firm works with a wide-ranging client base including developers, corporate occupiers, estates, and institutional investors.

The Role
You’ll join a collaborative, experienced team working across both professional and project services. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Technical due diligence & acquisitions
• Contract administration
• Schedules of condition
• Dilapidations
• Party wall matters

The workload is a balanced 65% project and 35% professional services split, predominantly across office and retail sectors, with additional exposure to industrial and super-prime residential schemes. There’s a clear route for progression and the opportunity to get involved in business development and client management as you settle into the role.

About You

• MRICS qualified, ideally with 12–24 months PQE (but open to considering others based on experience)
• Confident across the core building surveying disciplines, with a particular focus on contract administration
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-facing approach
