About the Company
Carriera is partnering with a leading property and construction consultancy based in Colchester, Essex. They are seeking an experienced CDM/H&S Advisor to provide expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations and deliver a comprehensive health & safety service to clients.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects including residential, education, mixed-use, care home, healthcare, commercial, and regeneration schemes across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy during an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a variety of health & safety services to clients across the built environment.
Manage H&S files, review construction phase plans, and maintain pre-construction information.
Attend client and design team meetings, offering risk-based advice.
Provide CDM Advisor and Principal Designer Advisor services to clients.
Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
Professional membership to IOSH and APS (desirable).
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with CDM 2015 regulations.
Minimum 2 years’ H&S experience in the property & construction sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
