A strong network of UK offices is centred around our client's idyllic HQ. It’s from here, they have been able to build their strong client relationships and the stable, successful business is underpinned.
Building Surveying as a service line, is offered from every office nationally, and with over 650 professionals employed, they are now looking at strategic growth plans for 2024. We have therefore been retained to source for them 3 Partners for their Building Surveying team. Winchester, Birmingham and Leeds are the individual homes for these mandates; hence we are looking for ‘work-winning’, commercially focused surveyors in each of these locations.
About the 3 positions...
You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.
The role
- Hands on delivery of BS services lines, involving full project life cycle and technical offering
- Leading projects and co-ordinating in-house multi-discipline design services
- Nurturing existing client relationships and further business development
- Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members
- Technical reviews to manage the quality of all services
About you
- MRICS qualified (building surveying pathway)
- Proven track record of business development
- Team management experience
- Analytical team player able to demonstrate strong commercial leadership

- Salary up to £90,000
