They have a strong network of offices across UK and over 500 employees, who they have cared and invested in over the years. Where many businesses have faltered through downturns, recessions or indeed epidemics our client has grown and experienced opportunity. 2021 saw some of their biggest project wins, enabling them to achieve there fastest period of growth, 2022 has just gone bigger and 2023 is looking strong. This has fueled the need to recruit and develop the next generation of Project Managers

This is an opportunity for someone with a bit of verve and personality to make a positive impact in all they are involved with. Having managed multiple construction projects previously, you as a capable Project Manager will take ownership of the smaller projects from feasibility, progressing them through design stages and ultimately deliver the projects. This includes all planning, contractor management and financial aspects of any project. Organisation, coordination skills are important but driving the job is paramount, navigating through material shortages/ delays, cost rises and ensuring proper client representation.

Ideal candidate should have a completed a construction or property degree and has achieved RICS, IOB, APM, RIBA or ICE. Although, backgrounds in the armed forces with some time served in industry would also be favorably considered.
