A premier building consultancy who has some very high-class offices in central London are looking to appoint a project manager for their CAT A division. This division focuses on prime central London CAT A fit-out for someone of Europe’s best-known brands, developers and institutions. The wider business runs into the 100s however the CAT A division is made up of 10 project managers ranging from Head of to 3 partners to varying levels of project managers which gives you a much more intimate team setup.

As a senior project manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, given the best development professionally and personally as well offering you the chance to work with the best-in-class clients.

The business has a very flexible working culture hence there is no set number of days you need to be in the office.

Requirements 

• Construction/multi-disciplinary consultancy experience is a must.
• Experience of working on high-end commercial fit-out projects is ideal.
• Building surveyors that want to progress into project management are welcomed.
• Construction related degree is beneficial.
• MRICS/MCIOB is beneficial.
