Our client is a fast-growing, ambitious science and technology organisation developing a world-class research campus in Oxford. With significant investment into a flagship, high-spec development, they are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in both the build phase and long-term operation of the site.
The initial 12-18 months will focus on construction integration, commissioning, and operational readiness, developing a deep understanding of the building and establishing maintenance strategies ahead of handover. You will also play a key role in advising contractors and project teams during the build phase to ensure systems are delivered with long-term operability and maintainability in mind. Post-completion, you will take ownership of maintenance delivery, leading a team to ensure high performance, reliability, and minimal downtime across a complex, multi-site environment.
