Based in London, the office comprises chartered building surveyors, project managers, CAD technicians, and support staff. Close collaboration with directors fosters unity and cooperation among employees, facilitating greater exposure and practical learning opportunities for professional development.

This role entails taking ownership of key projects and clients, overseeing projects ranging from £100,000 to £20m. The workload is project-centric, requiring strong experience in both dilapidations and surveys. The ideal candidate will thrive working autonomously and be driven to contribute to the growth of the service line.

Applicants should be RICS members residing locally to Oxford, with a proven track record in delivering project and professional services from design to completion.

In return, the position offers a basic salary up to £65,000, typically a 20% bonus, pension, healthcare, and additional benefits.
