The opportunity
We are seeking a well-rounded, commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys the full breadth of the profession — from technical delivery and client engagement to stakeholder collaboration.
This newly created role presents an excellent opportunity to support the continued growth of the Leeds office, working closely with the leadership team across client instructions, business development, and team mentoring.
The workload is predominantly commercial, covering offices, industrial, logistics, and selected retail assets. The position is ideally suited to an ambitious surveyor seeking a long-term career move, with a clear pathway toward partnership and future ownership within the business.
