We're working with a prominent player in the construction industry widely known for its excellent delivery in high quality, complex projects, to find a talented project manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a project manager or senior project manager with solid built environment experience.
They have exciting strategic growth plans over the next few months and are looking to strengthen and bolster the team, with this new appointment. They have been a long-standing client of ours and we have been privileged to work with them for many years.
Project management & the built environment
Responsible for nearly 40% of global energy consumption and CO2 emissions, the built environment is a driving force behind the use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs in both construction and retrofits. With ever-changing demands, commercial fit-outs are highly tailored to a business' needs, from layout and flow to practical aesthetics. It's an exciting time to be part of the built environment sector when facing health and safety design challenges, fulfilling biophilic design trends and incoporating cutting-edge smart technology.

Through their core principles of value, knowledge, evolution, performance, partnership and development, our client has solid growth plans for the short and medium terms.
With the benefit of many strong client relationships, you would have the chance to work on some innovative projects, in the range of £5m to £30m, rising to £50m, covering a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential and r&d facilities.
