Pivotal time for the construction industry
With the new requirements under the Building Safety Act 2022 coming into force last October, changes are now well underway to implement new roles, responsibilties and processes.
As such, this newly created role will focus on ensuring that the regulations under the Building Safety Act are fully implemented in respect of the client's diverse portfolio of residential, education, mixed use, care home, healthcare, commercial and regeneration projects across London and the South East.
The opportunity
This is a super opportunity for a Principal Designer or Chartered Architect who has management and/or architectural experience. You will be proative, with drive and energy to lead others and develop client relationships.
