Carolina is a consultant in the project and development management team. With prior construction recruitment experience, Carolina builds solid relationships with her clients enabling her to secure the best talent in the market. Carolina principally advises graduates through to associates. When she's not looking after her pets (2 cats, a dog and a rabbit!), Caz will be putting her creative make-up skills to good use. Although make-up is not Caz's only talent; she used to play ice hockey!
