With five years' recruitment experience, coupled with experience in the construction sector, Carolina excels in fostering strong relationships with her clients and candidates. Carolina specialises in recruiting graduates through to associates.

Outside of work, Carolina enjoys spending time with her two cats and a rabbit. She also indulges in figure skating and maintains an active lifestyle by hitting the gym regularly. Born in Poland, Carolina is also fluent in Polish!
