Hugo Oliver

Hugo is a recruitment consultant specialising in Fire Safety Management and Fire Consultancy.  Known for his relationship-led approach and connecting top talent with leading consultancies across the UK, Hugo draws upon the discipline and focus he gained through the Royal Marines officer selection process. 

Based in our London office, Hugo works closely with clients to place candidates in roles spanning from junior to senior level. He’s passionate about building lasting partnerships and making a real impact within the fire safety sector.

Outside of work, Hugo trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys climbing, and collects vinyl records. You can always find him in a local record shop searching for the next great addition to his collection!
