About the role

Celebrating 75 years in the industry this year, this well-established multi-disciplined consultancy works across 13 sectors, maintaining an 80% repeat business rate with previous clients such as the RNLI, Rolls Royce, the National Gallery and grade 2 listed Heythrop Park Hotel and Spa, contributing to their continuously successful growth. In order to celebrate their anniversary every office will be getting involved by devising and co-ordinating events, from bingo to cycling, Zumba to cookery.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of the head office in Oxford, joining one of the 3 QS teams each with 8 members, lead by sector. You will be working on either residential, commercial, education or defense projects. You will be expected to lead and manage projects autonomously as well as work with the team to drive a wide range of prestigious projects forward through pre and post contract responsibilities.

About you

You’re either MRICS or working towards it and will have experience working at a property or construction consultancy within residential or commercial sectors. The opportunity is best suited to a driven ambitious individual who’ll thrive from a leadership position, willing to coach and mentor those more junior members of the team.
