This is the perfect opportunity for a senior building surveyor to be a part of a privately owned business, led by an experienced team of partners, with ample opportunity to progress based on your abilities, as opposed to time served.
Our client has a history within construction that dates back over 100 years ago. They provide the full range of property consultancy services to an impressive portfolio of private clients in commercial and residential spaces. Some of their services include building consultancy, planning & development, commercial agency & property management to name a few.
The opportunity has come about because of an increase in project work. The type of projects range from project monitoring CAT A & B Fit-outs, to project managing repairs on historic properties working on behalf of livery companies. There will be an element of professional services which will include dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, and party walls, to name a few. Due to their diverse list of services, the organisation cross sells extremely well within the business and in fact generates a lot of work internally. There is no emphasis on generating new business. What is important is the retention of these clients, so it’s imperative that you are client-facing and have experience in managing clients.
The successful candidate will be MRICS, an influential communicator and somebody who works well within a team. You will have rounded experience in surveying and can manage projects up to £3m.
In return, the business provides:
- Salary up to £60,000
- Memberships & Discount Perks
- 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holiday
- Dental & More.
