This is an opportunity to join a young and energetic team that has sustained a superb reputation within the London market.

They are appointed surveyors on prestigious grade 1 and 2 listed buildings and in addition provide a wide range of services across an impressive list of property portfolios within the high-end residential and commercial space. Their clients range from property management firms, high net worth individuals, solicitors, multinational retail chains, and international conventional centers.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate building surveyor who is looking to be a part of a fun but the hard-working environment that will provide an opportunity to deliver the full suite of building surveying duties to a mix of private clients. You will work alongside two chartered building surveyors, and this, combined with the diversity of workload, will ensure that you are in a good position to pass your APC.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working within property and must have an RICS accredited degree in building surveying. It is important that you have sound knowledge of construction and basic knowledge of building surveying services/health and safety. You will be proficient in AutoCAD, MS office and are driven, hardworking, and able to work within a team.

In return, the business will provide full support to get your chartership and will pay a basic salary up to £32,000 plus a bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, bike to work scheme & more.
