Our client has an excellent reputation for delivering services within both public and private sector. With over 20 years of experience they cover all aspects of building surveying associated with the acquisition, ownership, occupation, maintenance and disposal of property.

The firm are now looking to hire due to increase in workload. This is a perfect position for a surveyor who is looking to establish a name and progress their career level and work with a diverse portfolio from pension funds, investors, retailers, residential conversions and warehouses.

To be considered for this position you must be a driven individual, MRICS with 1-5 years PQE. You must also demonstrate a good understanding of this market and have experience within areas such as Approval of alterations, Building advice and pathology, Contract administration, Design and specification, Dilapidations, Party wall disputes, Planned preventative maintenance, Project management.  It is imperative also that you are able to maintain and develop new business as this will be key to your success.

In return you will be a valued member within the team, with excellent support structures in place helping you deliver a quality service to the businesses clients. You will be compensated well with a salary up to £65,000 plus, a brilliant bonus structure, pension, healthcare and more.
