A fantastic opportunity has been presented for an experienced senior or associate to join one of the best privately owned property consultancies in Cambridge.
About the client;
Our client is one of the most established practices in the area, providing a timely, pragmatic and high quality service offering. Their clients range from colleges, developers, end users, institutions, trusts and universities. Current projects are valued between £5 million and £100 million.
The project management team is led by two partners in the business, who, along with the support of the other senior members will give you full support to enable you to reach your full potential and progress within the business.
About you and the role;
You will ideally have a property or construction related degree and it is expected that you will be a member of RICS. You must have prior experience within a consultancy and it is essential that have proven experience in the delivery of projects circa £10 million and above. You will be working alongside fellow associates in the business and will be given a high level of autonomy to run your own projects, therefore you must be competent in all facets of the project lifecycle.
This role will see you working on a number of high profile projects within the commercial, residential, education, life science and technology sectors.
- Circa £70,000 base salary
