We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join one of Oxfordshires best in class property consultancies. The practice offers full advice to clients, from acquisition, disposal, management and development of land and buildings. They are seen as a mover and shaker in the Oxford market and changing the status quo.
About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced project manager, who can manage every aspect of the design, cost, programming and construction through to handover. They are looking for an aspiring, motivated Associate Project Manager who will help deliver a strong workload, whilst growing the companies capabilities. Typical projects range between £10m – £90m, with an emphasis on education, life science, commercial and leisure.
Responsible for helping clients appoint consultant teams, agreeing fees and services, setting out clear execution plans, preparing risk management and procurement strategies which you will implement as well as reporting formally to clients and stakeholders. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Project Manager to grow the core team, someone who is looking for excellent career progression opportunities in a well-structured and supportive environment.
You will need to have consultancy construction Project Management experience. RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent is preferred. The ability to lead a series of projects as well as client relationships including business development is essential. You must also be proficient in the use of MS Office and in particular MS Project.
