The firm provides project & professional services throughout the private sector. These services include and are not limited to agency, consultancy, management and professional services. They employ over 200 staff through its office network and have built a well-established and high-performing building surveying team.

The opportunity will see you join a team of four, working closely with the Director and chartered building surveyors across a diverse portfolio of work. The work will be made up of both project and professional services and can include project managing a £2m refurbishment to providing dilapidations advice on commercial property. Day to day you will also encompass surveys, party wall, TDD, schedules of condition, PPM’s and more. The firm’s APC reputation is unrivaled. You will have a dedicated APC mentor and will regularly be involved with CPD and assessment days to get you ready for the all-important exam.

The successful applicant will be a graduate building surveyor who has 1-2 years’ experience and has either come from a consultancy or private practice. You will have already enrolled on the APC pathway and are ideally looking to sit within the next 12 months.
