Senior Recruitment Consultant (Property) | Remote / London | Salary £30,000 + commission up to 35% + 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior recruitment consultant to join our team.
You will be part of a small team working on Project Manager appointments, working with a number of established relationships and helping to develop new ones. We have an established candidate base, with a brand that is known for an honest, straightforward and consultative approach. The desk is a £150k – £250k fee income, with average fee income of £8,500 per deal.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter, who ideally has construction or property recruitment experience or has experience working on senior appointments. What is important to us is that you have a consultative, approach, are motivated by career opportunities and wish to play a key role in the development of the business.

You will have strong account management skills, be a natural problem solver who has a good memory for names, faces and numbers. You will be quietly confident, able to communicate technically challenging scenarios and be comfortable talking to non-qualified staff through to business owners. It is essential that you have excellent communication and numeracy skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to maintain focus. It is essential that you are resourceful, tenacious and resilient.
We work off Bullhorn, use all Microsoft packages, provide an Apple Macbook Air, monitor and iPhone.
Compensation – we pay a solid salary of £30,000 + a pension contribution of 3%, offer 28 days’ holiday inclusive of Christmas shut down plus bank holidays, giving 36 days’ leave in all.
Commission – with a top tier of 35% and no threshold you will be well paid for your hard work.
We are a close-knit team, have monthly and quarterly incentives, regular team nights out (albeit currently virtual!) and have a summer and Christmas Conference.
