Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor - TDD

A global multi-discipline practice in London is looking to grow their Building Consultancy division with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. Due to organic growth an opportunity in the Technical Due Diligence team has arisen. You will work on schemes across London, UK and occasionally in Europe.

The commercial building surveying team is filled with talented and invested professionals who take gride pride in their craft. You will be able to work both individually and as a team in the commercial and industrial sector. This is a traditional building surveying role which has a strong emphasis in technical due diligence, you will come from a proven survey background and will be able to advise on multiple structures.

Chartered Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Strong technical knowledge
• TDD experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver's licence
