Sector: Property & Construction sector (focus on H&S and Fire Safety recruitment)

Location: Stafford - Home based

Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependant on experience)

Carriera is recruiting for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the business working remotely and offering recruitment services to our clients across the UK. Over the last 12 months our Health & Safety, CDM (construction design management) and Fire Safety desk has grown rapidly, and we are now in the position to hire a consultant to join the team.

We are a market-leading recruitment consultancy providing executive search and strategy recruitment solutions to clients and candidates throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on our deep understanding of the industry and our long-standing relationships with our clients. Over the last 12 months we have developed excellent relationships with some of the UK's most well-respected property & construction consultancies, H&S/ CDM consultancies and fire safety practices.

This position invites strong candidates with a background in recruitment, ideally having previously worked within the construction sector. You will need to be focused, articulate, proactive and full of drive and energy to further expand not only this growing practice area but the wider business.

Duties:

• Speaking with candidates on a regular basis.
• Meeting with clients and candidates both in person and via Teams/ Zoom.
• Client development and generation of new clients.
• Agreeing terms of business with new clients.
• Arranging interviews with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals etc.
• Formatting of CV's and offering candidates advice on improvements to CV.
