Fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS with Employers Agent experience to join an award-winning, international construction consultancy, working across large projects within commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor also fulfilling Employers Agent duties, you will act as a competent project lead based in the Croydon office. You will work heavily on large projects for some of the blue-chip clients in the heart of the city, whilst also assisting and mentoring your team of Quantity Surveyors.
About You
Ideally you will be MRICS or close to achieving chartership. You will have a strong background in construction or property consultancy, comfortable managing your own projects both pre and post contract from commercial, residential or mixed use sectors.
