About the Role

My client is an International consultancy with a turnover in excess of £200 million and an expanding office network who place an emphasis on the training, progression development of each member of staff. From giant petrochemical plants to the world's tallest hotel, and from London's Heathrow Airport to the Freedom Tower in New York, they’ve been responsible for numerous award-winning successful projects.

 

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will join our Stockton on Tees Office, working on a portfolio of private and public sector clients with a high profile maintaining our reputation for high quality. Our focus is on the provision of pre and post contract commercial services to client organisations within both the UK and overseas from feasibility estimates, through procurement to construction. About You

The successful candidate will be MRICS or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in preparing estimates, tender and contract documentation in the commercial sector. You will be a driven individual keen to lead from the front who enjoys taking your own initiative to make decisions, manage project commercial teams and support and mentor colleagues. We pride ourselves on providing a premium service to clients so you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for maintaining durable existing relationships as well as secure new business.
