Exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an independent, international, medium sized construction and property consultancy with a personable, enjoyable work environment working across industrial, logistics, commercial and residential sectors in the Northampton office.

About the role

With over 21 years in the industry, this consultancy delivers project management, building surveying, cost management and fund monitoring services to an extensive list of public and private clients. With around 100 employees across the UK and Europe they maintain a collaborative team spirit, each member a specialist in their own field. Working on projects across the UK, ranging in value from £250k to £50mill+ , this innovative progressive consultancy is looking for someone to join their constantly expanding team due to their consistent success.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will join the Northampton office, one of their 4 offices across the UK (with 7 others in Europe) and fulfil a range of pre and post contract duties with the view to managing your own projects. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with other team members as well as clients.

About you

The successful candidate will be a confident and ambitious individual who isn't afraid to get stuck in from day 1. Ideally you will be MRICS or be working towards it and have experience managing your own projects as well as leading a team of Quantity Surveyors.
