About the Role

Established almost 50 years ago, this multi-disciplined property consultancy functions from 7 offices across the UK priding themselves on their tight-knit and highly collaborative work environment enabling them to maintain long term client relationships. They place the emphasis on employee welfare and progress, promoting 14 people in October alone.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will fulfil a client facing role working with an enviable national client base including The Crown Estate, Aviva, Legal & General and M&G among others. You will play a lead role in the team delivering projects from multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, education, leisure, residential and mixed use.

About You

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally be chartered or close to achieving MRICS. You'll be able to lead and manage both junior Quantity Surveyors and projects from inception to completion working both collaboratively and autonomously.
