About the Role
Established over 11 years ago this multi-disciplined construction consultancy are currently managing over £1bill worth of projects from their 4 offices in the UK, consisting of commercial office builds, industrial depots, assisted and later living as well as residential and public sector projects. Their clients consist of large corporates, individual occupiers, fund managers, investors, developers, Local Authorities, museums and loss assessors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Bristol office you’ll join a close knit, personable team where you can be in control of your own career progression, responsible and recognised for the value you add and contribute to the growth and progression of the team. You’ll be managing your own projects from pre to post contract.
About You
You’ll be a capable Senior Quantity Surveyor, from a consultancy background comfortable working autonomously and experienced in managing your own projects. You’ll either be chartered or close to achieving MRICS status.
