Amazing opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a diverse, progressive multi-disciplined construction consultancy working across a range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage, healthcare.

About the role

Pioneering a 9 day working fortnight as well as enforcing a work environment with three times the industry average for diversity and inclusivity, my client has built up experience over 46 years. Operating from 7 offices across the UK this property and construction consultancy delivers projects ranging from £250k up to £100m+. They've successfully nurtured long-term client relationships with many household names such as Rolls Royce, Sainsbury's, Ministry of Defence and the Eden Project as well as completing award winning projects The Wave (Bristol), the Box (Plymouth) and the media centre at Lords.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work within a personable team in the Plymouth office, working both autonomously, managing your own projects around the south coast from initial estimates to final accounts as well as mentoring and leading your team of Quantity Surveyors.

About you

The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and be working towards chartership or keen to do so. You will have significant experience within construction or property consultancy and be comfortable taking on responsibility of running your own projects without supervision as well as leading your team of Quantity Surveyors.
