About the role
This progressive and dynamic property and construction consultancy has been providing expert project and cost consultancy services for three quarters of a century, adopting a pragmatic approach through listening and responding to the needs of their esteemed clients. Working across multiple sectors including heritage, commercial, high-end residential and education, previous projects include the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich as well as grade II listed residential properties.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will join the close knit team in our Shoreditch office, managing your own projects from inception to completion as well as play a leading role in team mentorship.
About you
The successful candidate will be a confident and ambitious individual who isn't afraid to get stuck in from day 1. You’ll be comfortable managing your own projects and will Ideally you will be MRICS or be working towards it.
