Our client is a leading property development and construction consultancy, known for delivering exceptional results across high-profile projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. With some fantastic new instructions they are looking to expand their talented, social, team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor who shares their passion for excellence and innovation.
The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will provide expert advice, lead cost management efforts, and ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of quantity surveying on large-scale projects.
- Prepare and oversee cost estimates, tender documents, and contract administration.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure financial targets are met.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage risk assessments, dispute resolutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors.
