Amazing opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to significantly contribute to the exponential growth of a young successful cost management team within a boutique consultancy.

About the Role

Established 21 years ago, this small multi-disciplined consultancy consists of chartered surveyors, project managers cost consultants, specialising in commercial (Mostly Cat A), private and high-end residential and industrial projects ranging from £1-50mill. Functioning from their office in St Paul's they encourage a progressive yet fun environment that ensures the longevity of each individual.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be working with private investors, asset and fund managers and highly renowned blue-chip companies so it's key that you're a confident individual who thrives in a client facing position. As well as delivering projects, business development will become a large part of your role which will include winning new work through outbound methods, networking and client entertainment. There's also the opportunity to get involved in monitoring if you've got experience in that.

About You

This role is best suited to a Quantity Surveyor who works well autonomously and is keen to bring new innovative ideas and take responsibility in terms of project leading, business development, managing client and contractor relationships as well as team mentorship. Ideally you will be a chartered MRICS or on your way.
