As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will join our Cambridge Office to focus on our Higher and Further Education clients, including University of Cambridge Colleges and the Estates Division. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to build on the success of the current team and to help take forward a market-leading cost management business in the Eastern Region. Through acting as the primary interface you will be responsible for maintaining durable existing relationships as well as secure new business.
About You
The successful candidate will be MRICS or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in preparing estimates, tender and contract documentation in the commercial sector. You will be a driven individual keen to lead from the front who enjoys taking your own initiative to make decisions, manage project commercial teams and support and mentor colleagues. We pride ourselves on providing a premium service to clients so you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your day to day will look like writing and preparing client reports, reviewing the commercial situation and advising accordingly; all delivered in a Professional and timely manner.
