About Bidwells;
The partnership is a holistic construction and property consultancy, that is wonderfully steeped in history but is right at the cutting edge of technology and a power house when it comes to the Oxford to Cambridge "golden triangle".
The project management team is made up of 3 partners, 2 associates, senior project managers, project managers and assistant project managers. All of whom work on and deliver a variety of projects ranging in size and complexity, typically valued from £8 million up to £150 million. Their client portfolio in Oxford is made up of Oxford Colleges, University, Science, Technology and landlords.
About you:
You will be an experienced project manager, who has a demonstrable background in working for a consultancy or/ and a client organisation. Your experience will cover both pre and post contract duties, taking project from conception, bringing together the professional team and then managing the project through construction to handover.
It is anticipated that you will have a degree or masters in a construction related course, and ideally be chartered with the RICS, IOB, APM or RIBA.
In return;
This position will suit someone who is looking to make a difference, be part of a growing team, and work within a privately owned business where there are no limits to your progression and the return that you receive.
This is an opportunity to work for one of the premier consultancies in Oxford, who nurture, and invest in their employees both now and in the future. You will learn from the best in the market, working on projects which are intrinsically interesting, ranging from listed buildings, or buildings with historical importance, to some of the most iconic new builds in Oxford.
Progression will be clearly mapped out which will enable you to work towards partnership.
