About the position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting, leading and managing the Project Management team, maintaining great communication with clients and stakeholders to develop further opportunities, oversee the administration and building contract including preparation of all necessary instructions and provide mentorship and upskill Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
About you
You'll be chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, have previous experience in working a consultancy-based environment, previously delivered projects within the Life Sciences sector, excellent communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders and clients and great knowledge of the construction industry, proficient in the use of MS Office and particularly MS Project and /or Astra PowerProject is essential.
