Our client is a successful and well-established construction and property consultancy based in the heart of London. Providing exceptional services with some of the most respected clients. A well-established business providing cost management as well as other services. From their project wins they are looking to appoint two Senior Project Managers to deliver iconic schemes in London. These schemes will be residential led mixed use, they are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to make an impact and take lead with their upcoming data centres, education, residential and commercial projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for a large element of the project, taking it from contract stages through mobilisation and delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, deputising for the lead partner and overall project director, taking ownership of successful project delivery as well as providing mentorship to Assistant PM's and PM's in upscaling their career, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and create a secure network, monitoring and calculating costs and taking projects from RIBA stage 3 through to stage 7.
Ideally, you'll be a member of the RICS, CIOB, APM (or an equivalent recognised institutional body), good understanding and appreciation of programme and scheduling software, experience in delivering a range of projects from inception to completion, ability to form exposure and experience delivering projects of £15M+ in value. effective and working relationships with colleagues and clients whilst being confident, outgoing and having a drive to succeed and develop.
